- frozen Poland Spring bottle to roll out your feet
- ice bath - fill a bowl or bucket with ice water
COMPRESSION
- roll foot out on a lacrosse ball AND a golf ball
ELEVATION
- buy "boot sock" or "night splint" and sleep with it on
